Dr. Himanshu

Before my visit to Life Care Clinic, I was apprehensive of surgery for removal of kidney or gall blader stone. The Doctor advised me to first go for ultrasound of my stomach. As per Ultrasound report, no stone was observed. Then, the Doctor diagnosed the problem as muscular pain. I was administered an injection and given medicines for three days. I took the first dose of medicines at about 4:13 p.m. My pain subsided at about 5:13 p.m. Thanks a lot Doctor Himanshu Grover! May the Almighty God bless you with good health and prosperity!!

Recently my wife and me contracted Covid-19 in the month of April, and contacted Dr. Himanshu for the treatment of the same. He has been diligent, courteous and professional throughout the whole treatment and his guidance for medicines and medicals test really helped me and my family to come out of this disease and towards better health. Dr. Himanshu is very professional,friendly and have positive attitude. He listen to my problem very patiently without any hurry. I would say he has great listening skills. It has been 15 days I am taking the medicines prescribed by him and I can see the results. The most important thing is Staff is also very polite and cooperative.

*** ******** ** ****** * ******* ******* He at once diagnosed the real pain of customer. Everything like doctor's friendliness, explanation of health issues, and wait time etc. are all satisfactory. But still you need to improve prescription. If you do any update in prescription, it should be updated on OPD slip or soft copy. If you think with a customer point of view, it is necessary for him/her.

Apart from that you are very good in explaining the cause of health issues and encouraging the patient for health improvement. If you are explaining these things to people, it means you are educating people for the same, which is highly appreciated.
