Drowsiness and Confusion
I have been diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression last Month. I was having sleeping issues also. So I consulted a Psychiatrist last month. I am using Serta 50 in the morning and Zolfresh 10mg, Restyl 0.5 at night. I am feeling dizziness and Confusion in the morning and unable to concentrate on my work. Please tell me is this common during medication and how many days it may last. Please help me, I want to get back to normal life.

Hi. It is possible with sertraline. Why don’t u shift it to night and see. Take Serta at night .

Zolpidem and restyl both have sedating side effect and need to tapered down gradually as you get symptomatically better

If you are having dizziness with the medication you can shift the serta at night. Also zolfresh and restyl work for the same thing you can stop restyl and continue with just zolfresh and serta. Try to take the medications between 9-10 pm to sleep off by 11 pm.
