Severe headache..nothing is better by medicines.
Should i comsult a neurologist?

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for now.
Take steam inhalations thrice a day.
I would suggest you consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
If you want, yes you can consult a neurologist also.
