Everyday requirements for an adult male needs to meet the RDA (recommended dietary allowances) kindly check with that before you take too much calcium. Hello user From where did you get this? Requirement varies from person to person. Daily requirements of Calcium should not be more than 900mg/day.(Maximum limit)
