A wound is in sidewalls of small toungue

A wound occured near the side walls of small tounge so its been very hard to drink or eat something and ofcourse taking in saliva is also been hard so please help as fast as you can. If you send thank and if not thank you too

In my opinion you have to first tell us for how long it is present there in your tongue and if it is from more than one or two weeks please visit clinic first before taking any topical or systemic medication.
