Abdomen heaviness
I always feel heaviness in right side lower abdomen at side area of my navel. I feel like something are their in right lower side of stomach...when I sleep I feel heaviness most..i did all test like abdomen usg endoscopy n colonoscopy..all result r normal exp intestine ulcer n in endoscopy GERD problem...why I feel heaviness plz tell me I am so depressed...I dont have bad habits like smoking or drinking...I take very light good n juice also... my question is that 1.is heaviness due to gastric in large intestine?? 2.is due to large intestine ulcer?? 3.I want to take aurvedic medicine .is it good for stomach problem?? 4.can I take baking sode for that n which company of baking soda should I take like eno or something??? Plz Sir / madam I want reply from aurvedic doctor..thx

Your problem is ulcerative colitis. Take fibre supplement like mesacol. You can also take tab bilwa Ghana vati 2 twice  after meals. Also take praval panchamrut parpati 1 tab twice daily. Eat rice based food Avoid wheat or reduce it. Also include jowar flour in your diet. Avoid spicy and oily food.

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
