Abdominal pain, cramping, feeling faint
After standing for a few hours, I begin to feel dull abdominal pain and it then goes into full on cramping in my stomach. I feel faint and start getting cold sweats and almost pass out. Usually, I sit down before this happens.

It is normal for many individuals. It is due to accumulation of blood in the large veins of legs. This pooling results in fainting. Do sit after sometime in between intervals of standing.
