I had abdominal pain above belly button. It was like very high for sone time and no pain in next few minutes...this happened whole night.

Was it associated with vomiting? the  it could be due to unhealthy outside food or contaminated  water. Do not get panic. Take tab O2 twice a day after food n you will be allright.
