About back pain
Hi I am having pain in my middle of lower back since 1 week and it is mild pain not so much .but it overalls disturb my day to day activities . I do not get the reason of it even I don't lift any heavy objects or do any heavy exercises and after the medications it still the same pain not increase nor decreases. And today I got pain in my lower abdomen too .there is no any time of my periods . Why this is happening and how this can be improved?

It may be due to overstrain of back take analgesics and muscle relaxants take rest for few days
