A variety of fruits and vegetables should be taken if you want a good skin. However, just focussing on this aspect wont help if the rest of the diet is not appropriate. Many things such as fat intake, fluid intake etc. matter when it comes to skin. Please focus on achieving complete nutrition as there can be many underlying causes of not having optimum skin health. Get a proper consultation for the same.
