Am doing strenght training 40 min and high intensity cardio 45 min .with proper nutrition for fat loss . i feel
like hair fall . fat loss continous for another 3 months . does it cause hair fall ??

Hair. Loss can be because of excess weight loss, stress, multivitamin deficiency, pollution, seasonal changes etc
You can take biotin tablets one a day, and include protein rich sources like omega 3 capsule or fish, eggs,. Paneer, etc, along with sound sleep daily
