Hi firstly please understand it is physical or biological concern, as it depends on hereditary. If the parents are not too tall, in certain cases children will grow,in other cases they may not, they will be equal to the parents height.
Secondly please don't compare the actual height of age or others. As I said it depends on various things.
However you can focus on diet or protein food, exercises like skipping, cycling or swimming would help to grow taller.
Thirdly It is also important that till date how much nutritious food you used to consume keeping your self healthy. Lastly every one will grow tall at different age.
Any other issues please try to visit your physician. If this is really bothering you emotionally then you can consult the psychologist. Take care. All the best.
