About my health..
Sometimes I would feel very weak,sometimes i don't want to have food properly then i also have generel digestion problem,actually i don't understand my proper diet at this age...lots of work is done by me maybe at this age I can't tolarate that pressure so that i feel weak and tired. What can i do now?how can i get rid from this?

Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history, veg or nonveg. Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Avoid junk and oily food.

Hi These symptoms show that you not taking a healthy balanced diet. Every one have a saturation age after which if you not taking a healthy diet then your body Start showing symptoms. Don't skip your meals.Your weight and height is not mentioned here.If you are at work,carry some healthy finger snacks like fruit chat,salads boiled pulse chat,fresh fruit juices etc.

Hello, Cannot talk much with the information provided. You can start by eating breakfast, lunch and dinner properly. Intake of protein should be adequate. Include fiber in your diet. Exercise daily for an hour.
