  4. About talking of my child. Is too anger.

About talking of my child
My child is 3 1/2 years old &he could not speak and don't give response if any body calls him.he talks himself and hums some rhymes but not properly,he can't stand stable at any where, he rans all the time .he give response when I call him. He is too anger.
