Hi, make face washing twice a day a habit. Drink lots of water about 3 litres every day. Have coconut water daily. Apart from sugar in the tea and coffee, stomach issues are also a cause of acne. Cool down your body system with water based fruits and buttermilk. Do deep breathing exercises to clear the lungs. Have enough fibrous foods to clear your motions daily. Hope this helps.

Yes, this is true consuming tea or coffee aggravates pimple problems, the sugar in tea or coffee is the culprit. Stop tea or coffee, instead start green tea without sugar, jaggery and honey. Ask him to stop sugar, sweets, junk, roadside food especially Chinese which we get on road side. Salads, fruits, sprouts and buttermilk are the foods known to decrease pimple problem. Ask him to take on daily basis. Exercises where you sweat helps to reduce pimple. Ask him to do long distance walking or cycling, or join gym or do aerobics.
