ACUTE CORNEA EDEMA
I was operated last week for a cataract in the right eye. And MF lens was inserted. Vision was v good and clear for 36 hours and all of a sudden the vision has got burr . Then even after the treatment of all the eye drops ( hypersol, pred forte, Milfox eye drops and wysolone tablet ) the vision is still blurr and the swelling on cornea remains same since a week now . The thickness of he cornea is 954s. Then after air was injected yesterday and after 24 hours still there is no improvement It is told to us this is a rare case that after clear vision for 36 hours the swelling on cornea occurs and vision gets blurr On examination there's no sign of infection or detachment and wound is also sealed from where the lens is inserted and it becomes difficult to treat as there's no reason known a Pl advise
