Advice pls
Last 15 days he had sore throat that accompanied with mild pain in between Chest..If there is no throat pain, no chest pain.. After using medication prescribed by doc. He got cured so he stopped medicine.and again after 7-10 days the problem came back with mild dry cough. He didn't have any travel history and didn't came in contact with anyone having Covid-19. . I'm worried abt him.dc.have taken swineflu, malaria, blood tests, Ecg also.. Everything is normal..

It's likely that it's just a regular throat infection or an irritant cough due to gastric reflux which also causes chest pain. Take cough syrup prescribed earlier. Take tab. PAN-D once daily before breakfast. Sleep with your head end raised us to prevent reflux and micro-aspiration.

-stay at home in isolation as a preventive measures -drink plenty of fluids.

As per the history that you have provided. It may be due to acidity also which causes burning or without burning sensation pain in middle of chest. And also it leads to sore throat. Now as you said ECG IS normal. I would suggest to go for 2DECHO sometimes valvular changes inside heart also leads to cough and soreness in throat and also pain in chest. So other possibilities can be ruled out

either take proton pump inhibitors daily for 4 weeks and see , check 2d echo , check with ent doctors as per the report or general physician
