Always hungry
I know this may not sound like that big of a problem, but I am constantly eating. Even if I'm not hungry i'm always getting cravings and this is turning into a big problem being a teenage girl. I try my best to controll it and stop myself from eating so much, but I always end up eating anyway.

This is the time for hormonal blast in ur body , u have to be a bit more calculative what u r putting in ur mouth . Otherwise u will gain lots of weight then again trouble increases . Involve urself in sm physical activity n try to stay bsy . Every time u feel like eating first thing to drink a glass of water then wait fr 10 mins then sm fruit n u will feel full
