Hi, heamoglobin is basically iron and proteins. So have good iron and protein rich foods. Also, for absorbtion of iron you need vitamin c. Foods like ragi, poha, citrus fruits, lime water, jaggey, non veg foods, dals, eggs, pomogranate, beetroots, palak, etc will help you. Also an ingredient called halim is known to have high iron content. You can consume that in some form.
