Anal fissure.
I am having fissure from last one week.I am also taking treatment for it,but sometimes i feel very uncomfortable around my affected part.I feel like burning sensation and pain which continues upto 3 4hrs due to which i am not able to walk sit sleep .Please suggest what to do at that time to get relief.

HELLO, Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice watermelon juice,seasonal fruits to be taken. Diet must be blend with least oil nleast spices.locally with finger apply xylocain gel + anovate oint in one is to one ratiofirst on butt hole than  slowly inside all around in anal MUCOSA two times a day for three weeks.
