Anal Fissure
I had anal fissure 2-3 months back. It has been  healed. Now, I  want  to  start  work out in gym. So my question is, can heavy weight lifting in gym cause anal fissure ? Because when I had fissure last time i.e. 3 months back, I started gym and was lifting heavy weights. It may or may not be one of the reasons. So this time I want to confirm before starting gym. I don't want it to re-occur. Thanks

Hello, No direct connection, constipation, diet are main reasons. Heavy weight is indirect reason, due to excessive work out n lot of PERSPIRATION IS THEIR if u are not hydrated well indirectly you become constipated, so hydration must be PROPER before two hours of exercise. Start with  low slowly increas workout. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside. Ok.
