ANAL FISSURE. Something else for that.

I have been going with anal fissure from last july month i take medicine from doctor he gave me 5 days course medicine my pain hasbeen gone after that I'm taking only Laxative and a ointment for my anal fissure,i want to know that how much time it can take to be a normal bcoz now i have no pain I never go with any bleeding from first day but I'm not feel perfect I feel some type vibration whole day some nurves,also feel itching after my bowel movement how much time it take to heal completely my doctor said it take some time I ask him to give me some more medicine so it can heal faster but he told me that no more medicine needed now your tear hasbeen heal now you do not take any tension,after bowel movement or in day i feel some little itching type in my anal.please suggest me is alright with me it take time to completely heal or I do something else for that.
