Anal fissure
My stomach was upset. I took meds for it. The stool was hard and i had a paining sensation in my anus. There is swelling and i cant easily move around even sitting is kind of difficult for me. Please do suggest some meds. I have an upcoming exam to give.

You should do Sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) daily. Take some stool softening medicine like haritaki powder. Apply some soothing ointment or coconut oil in anal region. If problem persists please consult online.
