Anal fissure treatment
Blood droplets were coming out with stool and irritation was there in anus.After consulting doctor I have been taking sitz bath 3 times a day,eating plenty of vegetables,no spicy or oily food,no chicken/mutton, drinking 5-6 litres of water,taking isabgol and also applying cream sucral ano. It has been 17 days I am taking all these precautions but I am still experiencing much pain and on some days(after every 1 or 2 days) fresh blood still comes out with stool.Not able to go to any doctor because of lockdown.Is this normal that it is taking so much time and I still don't see much improvement?

SITZ BATH
Stool softener like Cremaffin plus syr 2 tsf once daily at the bedtime
Diltiazem cream(2%) to be applied locally in anal region at bedtime.
Local analgesic ointment like Shield ointment before and after passing stool.

U take arshakutahar ras one tab three times a day.
Eat plenty of cooked vegetables fruits daily.
Drink plenty of water,buttermilk.avoid oily,spicy foods
Walk yoga,exercise for an hour daily.

The precautions you are taking are good use a western style toilet seat do not strain for passing stools take an antibiotic course for 5 days tab L-cin OZ one od. along with flozen AA tablets bd for 5 days continue sitz bath and also try some fomentation with icecubes in a plastic bag twice keep using isabghol husk and continue dietary restriction.chek that you are not allergic to any medicine you are using.

Have a Course of some good antibitics like combination of Ofloxacillin 200 mg+Ornidazole 500 mg twice a day for 7 days alongwith some pain killers and antiinflammatory like Tab Enzomac Plus( combination of Trypsin, Chymotrypsin and Diclofenac) twice daily for 3 days immediately after food.
