I am bleeding a lot these days from anu
s. I have anal fissure external. I once got surgery and they removed all fissure, but they have reoccurred in time. I also have a problem getting sleep. I believe all these problem started not getting sleep, and this was 3 years back. I get sleep these days, but not complete or satisfactory or sometime incomplete
