Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can take one tablet. Bandy-plus in the night before you sleep.
Chew the tablet thoroughly and swallow with water.
Have a high fiber diet.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
