Ankle and foot pain
I have this pain in the ankle and back side of pothe foot in the morning and while walking and even if I sit for some time and then get up to walk. I have a four year old son and I do the house hold work all by myself. The pain is becoming unbearable some times. Kindly suggest something to relieve the pain.

Dear Madam, your pain in the back along with foot and ankle is suggestive of disc disease, you should consult a specialist and get yourself evaluated.
