Hello practo user I can understand the concerns you are having regarding your problems . Negative past events and conditioning can be contributing to these symptoms . You can try and practice deep breathing techniques when you feel the symptoms arising- inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds and hold that breath for 2 seconds  then exhale through your mouth for 6 seconds , this can be done a couple of times . Try and talk to close family members and friends and engage in enjoyable activities with them to keep yourself occupied. Go for regular exercise as it keeps you healthy mentally and physically as well. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an in-depth case history and a personalized treatment plan to teach you positive and healthy coping strategies and skills . You can also get in touch with me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
