Hi, Yes those are two of the symptoms in anxiety attacks. The frequency seems to be quite often in your case. Depression could be a co- morbid factor in anxiety disorders. However, it is important to discuss since how long you have been experiencing the symptoms and if there are any other symptoms affecting you as well. In such a case, it would be advisable to visit a psychiatrist and understand the nature of your anxiety and you could visit a counselor to find the root cause of your negative thoughts.
