Apicoectomy
Do I need to undergo apicoectomy if the lesions do not go even after multiple sittings of root canal treatment? What is the average cost of apicoectomy in India? Is there any other alternative for this?

Apicoectomy is not usually done now. A good root canal filling done properly is mostly successful in resolving the infection. Consult an endodontist for treatment
