After Apicoectomy there will be slight bleeding for first 24 hours...in some cases there will be facial bruising for 10 days following surgery..This is the normal part of healing process and will gradually disappear...The suture usually disappears within 2 weeks and over time the bony window will heal up under the gums..if the proceduere is successful it will take around 6 months for some bone to replace the cavity where the root tip and cyst placed....cost of apicocetomy is around Rs. 5000
