Sir I am 17years old jam going to gym for muscle building I am use ashawgandha and patanjali stavari powder for muscle building please tell me to use doses and I should keep after workout

Ashwagandha and Shatavari are very good for muscle development.Take 5 gms of each powder twice a day with warm milk.Also include sprouts,dal,paneer n soya in your daily diet which are very good sources of protein.
