Yes, you can take Ashwagandha Tablet 1, twice daily, after food.. Choose Himalaya Pharmacy or Dabur Ashwagandha capsule. Maintain a 30 minutes to 1 hour gap between homeopathic and Ayurveda medicines..

Yes u can take himalaya  Ashwagandha tablet 2tab 2times in a day with Luke warm milk or water . ........... And with gap atleast for 1hrs u can take homoyopathy also...

Hello dear don't worry,U can take Tab Ashvagandha 2 bid (Himalaya) with milk along with your homeopathic medication , because Ashwagandha is just like food supplements
