  4. B complex doubt. 1 spoon twice a day.

B complex doubt
Hi, i m going through fever, have loss of appetite, due to bitter taste. Doc suggested me B complex other than paracetamol and antibiotics. Is zincovit syrup ( which i have with me), the same as b complex. If yes can i take 1 spoon twice a day.
