Back ache at a particular point
I am having a back ache at a particular point. It is not in the spinal cord. It is below the shoulder in the back area.

Consult a Physiotherapist Ave get your posture evaluated. This appears to be a postural issue. Also your muscles might be weak. Both these problems can be managed well by an experienced Physiotherapist
