Back ache
Back ache happen only when movement in lying position like turning to other side or getting up etc. the pain is in a specific area near right side of upper back. Plz suggest

• Back stretching. • Avoid bending in front. • Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. • Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.

Hi.., it seems ur lower cervical spine or thoracic spine is hurted, n so is the pain

Did you injure yourself? It sound like trapezius or scapular region pain. Stretching will help. Please meet a physiotherapist near you. In the meanwhile avoid using a pillow. And use a hot pack for pain relief.
