Back & left shoulder pain
For the fast few week an excruciating pain developed on the left shoulder of mine affecting my back and my left arm movement. The pain sometimes cause neck pain too. It really uncomfortable to sleep or sit any one particular posture as the pain is consistent. Kindly advice me a quick remedy.

Hello there,
Well although the upper back,shoulder blade and neck pain is caused by variety of reasons...but however the symptoms you described do have common factor.
It is best for you to get an xray done of your cervical spine and Lt Shoulder in AP and Lat position.
Are you taking any medication for pain now?
Do you give a history of pull or fall on outstretched hand ?
Have you sufferd from neck pain before?
Do you get tingling or numbness in your hands?
Do get back with answers to the above questions.
