Back Heel Pain
I am feeling pain at back of the heel while running. Problem not persists if not running. I am facing this even after doing the required strengthening exercises suggested by a psychotherapist.

U need stretching and strengthening of calf muscles. U should visit to the Physiotherapist.

Hi. Taping with ultrasound is effective in ur case. . Take help of some physiotherapist for the same n  if no relief , consult orthopedician

You need further evaluation to see any bony lump in calcaneum or TA tendinopathy. Consult orthopaedics doctor

Hello , you need further evaluation. Go and consult Ortho or Physio.mean while apply ice and give some rest .

It not psychotherapist it is a physiotherapist kindly meet a nearby Physio and have a ultrasound treatment
