Hi after playing cricket I am having pain in back of knee and thigh.. already consulted with physiotherapist and they gave IFT therapy for 5 days .. during therapy it was fine but afterwards again pain started.. it happens most when standing after sitting... It's been more than 2 months...

Hi, try to do hamstring curls n hamstring stretching n strengthening exes. Do dorsiflex stretch n strengthening.Ask ur physio to teach u these exers n do them daily. Apply a ice pack behind the knee daily for some days .u can take local ultrasound therapy from ur physiotherapist also.
