Hi, I can understand your condition with pain and no one to consult at your city because of lockdown. As you are very young, so few things which may lead to your back pain at this age, which are; 1) Muscle Pain - as the activity level is very less nowadays, so even the prolonged rest or inactivity, causes the muscles to sore which leads to pain. 2) Poor Posture - again because of present scenario, we are spending more time with sitting posture or lying down. Poor posture leads to poor body mechanics which again leads to pain.
Next Steps
1) You can improve your posture by sitting straight. 2) Be Mobile, don't sit at one place for long time. 3) Do "Sarpasan"- you can refer YouTube, for how to do it. If by these things, if your pain does not improve, you can consult me further by online consultation on Practo. We can discuss it further, I will listen to your problem in detail and will take proper history, so that I can suggest further treatment and care for you.
Health Tips
Just don't take your pain lightly. Best Wishes. #SayNoToPain
