Back pain and stiffness in beck
I'm suffering from back pain for 6 months for that by the doctor's advice I took tab.myoril 4mg and some pain killer medicines that it it cured bt now it again happend and Im also facing stiffness in my neck and tingling in both my shoulders plate and upper part of my spine

Avoid sitting for long, bending, lifting weight, riding bike, long mobile use, extreme neck positions. Use LS belt when working. Warm compress. Physio modalities and pain killers will help.
