Back pain, bottom to right wing
My request to Pain Management Dr to guide the best solution. & Deit specialist to suggest fluid Deit to strengthen bones & muscles for heart problem mentioned below My father went through bypass surgery 10 yr back, implant 2nd ICD 4 yr back. Before 2 yr he went through back of back shocks from ICD due to heart issue. From that time back pain increased much. Now it become in non tolerable. He can't sit. Eat while sanding. Walk less. Take bed rest most of time. During Covid time it get increased as physically he become very less active. Now, condition is that due to back pain heart get load & BT attack triggers. Deep pain in back, lower to right wing. Mainly bottom of bones in nerves. Went to CT cest that is fine. Only they results weakness in bones. Pain Management Dr told us this is due to bypass surgery, during that time bones need to cut and nerves get hinder. Dr suggest: ozone therapy but not sure it's side effects. Is nidle & cup, Backbone injection which is v risky HELP Us

All the pains are due to extended period of rest which is leading to progressive weakness of the muscles of back. His sleeping posture, use of mobile and watching TV may be responsible for his right dominant pain.
Next Steps
he has to reduce the amount of time spent sleeping. he must sit only on a chair and sit for lesser duration at a stretch. walk with use of walker. can give some light massage and do stretching exercises.
