Well.. 7-8months back pain is little long duration..
Go for hot water formantation.. followed by myolaxin ointment..
Start with few back exercises.. like ankle pumps, ankle up n down10counts, knee pressing the bed, raising one leg n then other,, etc.. visit nearest physio center for back strengthening exercises..
