I am suffering from heavy back pain from the last 1 year. Previously this was a sudden after every few days and lasts for 1 or 2 days. But from the last 2 months it's become steady and the pain is unavoidable. I have consulted with my family doctor who is a general physician and he suggested Lumbosacral spine MRI. I have already done it but due to lockdown I am not going to visit a specialist in this issue.
Though I don't understand what the MRI report says but I think there might be
calcium deficiency which creates this pain. Can you please suggest how to boost my calcium deficiency through foods.
