I have back and knee pain.i went to hospital for checkup.Doctor advised me for MRI of Spine with screening.i did that and found cyst in neurofibroma.i have also done the contrast MRI.he suggest me for an operation.

Thats the way it is supposed to be treated no conservative options usualy. Can go for one more opinion if have any doubt.
