Back pain ,neck n shoulders pain
My MRI report says this Superior end plate depression  involving L4 Disc desiccation changes noted at L3-L4 and L5-S1 levels Diffuse disc bulge with posture-central disc protrusion at L3-L4 level. With no neural compromise Diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 and L5-S1levels with no neural compromise Disc osteophyte complex noted at  C4-C5 ,C5-C6 levels causing compression of thecal sac and grade-1 central canal stenosis.  My pain is worse from last 2 days going upper back and even I bent forward a little n while sitting also Pain at shoulders also I'm really bothered becoz I'm married still we don't have any child When I was using tablets for last 20 days a little pain now my 20 days course completed but pain still exists is there any solution for permanent cure

Hi. Your mri findings are not indicating mild compression in neck. Rest of findings are incidental and benign in nature. As far as your pain is concerned, it’s mostly due to tightness of muscles in upper back and neck. You can take muscle relaxants and local gel sprays. Do hot fomentation and take some rest. Apprehension may increase your symptoms so calm down , relax and de stress yourself. If symptoms do not resolve then visit hospital
