Back pain problem
Lower back muscle pain occurs most of the time while doing workout at gym.I just want to know.Whill it affect my spine ?

Sure ..why won't it....your spine bear the weight and gives you stature ...so any strenuous activity will surely reflect upon your spine....just train with proper guidance .and if still pain persists...visit near by doctor and change the trainer. Exercise should be followed by whole body abhyang ( oil massage) as after any workout/ exercise muscles get exhausted. And after that warm water bath is needed. Try this out. Use medicated oil for the same. Regards.

You need 1. Proper workout at gym,with instructor if needed. 2. yoga practices help to increase flexibility and tone back muscles. You can practice yoga with a good teacher. 3. If very frequent pain occurs consult ayurvedic doctor for sthanik basti which can help u to gain strength and reduce pain as well.

No not much....Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
