I am having lower back pain since 3 years. Nor regularly. But when I have indigestion and gas in stomach pain will be seviour. I have done MRI scan , here is the report attached. Kindly guide me next step. I'm working in office, 3 to 4hr sitting, 2 hr standing on average.
