Back pain since past 2 years
Hey, I have been having back pain since past two years now, when I first started having this I consulted a doctor and got a few tests done as well, for which the doctor has prescribed medication for 6 whole months, but I have been still getting back and leg pains as well, one of my friends told me to consult a physiotherapist so I wanted to confirm can I treated for this from a physiotherapist as I didn't have any injuries before I started getting back pain

Hi, as I can see you had tuberculosis, may I know of which part or organ? If tb spine then no treatment needed. Also u r still 18/21, both young age. So exclusive back ache should resolve unless any other reason.

Its a clear case of lumbar spondylosis, maintain proper sitting posture, avoid forward bend, lifting heavy objects. With IFT+US for 10-15 days the pain will be reduced, after a week or depending on the improvement, muscle strengthening exercises will be adviced. Dry needling will be an added advantage if any nearby available to you. At home you can try hot water fermentation to ease the pain, pregabilin 75 will help in medicine as if prescribed by the doc. Visit nearest physiotherapy center and take proper treatment as adviced.
