Back paining
Having a bad back pain from a week. Before also there was but only sometimes when I used to sit without lying back, but now it's even difficult to sit for 5 mins. I have done X-ray as well before. It's normal. Recently I started doing exercise doing crunches. But with this pain I have stoped. Let me know what should I do?

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Your back pain could be due to weak back muscles. You should do hot water fomentation for your back twice a day for 15-20 minutes. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.
Next Steps
Avoid bending activities. Crunches may aggrevate back pain. Avoid doing it.
Health Tips
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist in person or through video call for further evaluation and treatment.

Back pain can be due to many reasons. X ray is helpful to see only the joints and bones. Those might be healthy but the muscles or the disc might be strained. You will need to get assessed by a physiotherapist. The muscles of the back, abdomen and buttocks need to be strengthened in a gradual manner. The physiotehrapist can help with the slow cautious progression of exercises.
Next Steps
Use cold packs 3-5 times / day for 10min on painful area Visit a physiotherapist for further treatment.
Health Tips
Please do not do anything on your own that aggravates pain even to cross check.

Yes with pain we need to know if it is central or is to the sides. An appointment with a physiotherapist would be ideal in your case. Sitting loads the disc, however this is to confirmed with a consultation.
Next Steps
Ice as mentioned above for 15 mins wrapped in a towel would start reducing the inflammation.
Health Tips
avoid lifting, pulling or pushing at this stage
